Because the surface of pvc and other boards often has defects such as scribing, grooves, and impurities during the production process, it needs to be cleaned in advance. In order to make it easier for the graphics on the transfer film to adhere to the pvc board, it is sometimes necessary to preheat before the transfer, and the preheating temperature is about 80°C. Under the thrust of the conveying guide roller, the heat transfer film contacts the pvc board. With the heat and pressure of the rubber roller, the glue layer of the transfer film is fused and attached to the surface of the pvc board; the pressure is released and the transfer film is cooled after cooling. The base film is peeled off, the pvc board continues to advance, and the heat transfer film is continuously fed, and the heat transfer of the entire pvc board is completed. After repairing, inspecting, and packaging the finished product.
