2. The thermal transfer process parameters are inappropriate, the thermal transfer temperature is too low, the hot melt adhesive does not melt well, and the best bonding state is not achieved. The heat transfer pressure is too small; the speed is too fast, etc.
3. The surface of the plate to be printed is not clean, which reduces the bonding force of the hot melt adhesive.
4. The hardness of the heat transfer rubber roller is too low.
