Our company is an industry and trading company.One is a technology company, mainly including research and development department and domestic foreign trade department.The other is the factory, which is responsible for the production of sublimation machines and consumables.Our haet press machine has one year warranty,free maintenance and free repair accessories but customer bears freight.And we can help to solve the problem or change the spare part by picture or video.Customer bears the international transport fee.The shipping cost is charged based on the weight and volume of sublimation heat press machine.Heat press need specail material,such as sublimation paper,sublimation ink,inkjet printer,sublimation coated blanks,etc.We suggest to use Epson inkjet printer,other brands inkjet printer also can!But need to supply this model with related CISS and our special sublimation ink.We can provide it,but are not responsible for the after-sale service.Need combine a computer with the inkjet printer.The function of sublimation heat press machine is transfer. Customer need to use the printer print the image on the sublimation paper, then use our sublimation machine transfer on the blank products.
