Inkjet transfer paper was first introduced in The Netherlands by Coldenhove Papier around 1998, and founded the transfer paper brand Jetcool, becoming the first transfer paper manufacturer in the world. Thermal sublimation transfer paper has become the darling of digital printing industry as soon as it is launched, and people are attracted by its novelty and convenience, thus there is a shift from traditional printing to digital printing.
Later, Korea Hansol launched transfer paper in 2004, and ended the situation of Coldenhove alone, to become the world's second thermal sublimation transfer paper manufacturer.
Subsequently, Suzhou Quanjia Coating products Co., Ltd. in March 2005 formally produced sublimation transfer paper, becoming the first domestic, but also the world's third sublimation transfer paper manufacturers, and changed the status quo of China's transfer paper dependent on high import products.
The emergence and development of transfer paper is generally developed with the development of printers, in this process printers have undergone tremendous changes in all aspects such as printing format, printing speed and printing accuracy.
