There are 4 reasons:
one is the ink : Check whether it is thermal transfer ink. Ordinary ink is not acceptable.
The second is the coating :Check whether has subliamtion coatingon the outside of the cup.
The third : Check whether setting the right temperature and time ?
The forth : Check whether use the sublimation paper ,normal paper is not acceptable
