After printing,if you find that the pattern is not clearly printed,the lines are not smooth,there are cracks in the middle of the pattern,and the edges are yellow,consider several reasons.
First of all,you must buy heat press printing machine from a regular company or factory,and the quality and after-sales of the machine must be guaranteed.Don't covet the cheap machine and cause the machine quality to be poor and the transfer effect is not good.
Secondly,pay attention to temperature and time changes according to different products.Different products require different parameters for different heat transfer printing machine.It is necessary to master the three major elements of time,temperature and pressure.If the parameters are not adjusted well,the transfer effect will be much worse.
Third,check whether the sublimation paper on which the pattern is printed is intact,whether the paper is incomplete,has cracks,creases,and other damages.Because the heat press machine uses sublimation paper for printing,paper problems will directly appear on the product.
