How to transfer sublimation dark t shirt

1. How to transfer dark T-shirts?

Answer: It is not possible to print dark T-shirts directly on ordinary inkjet paper with thermal transfer ink. The printing can be printed, but nothing can be seen. To print dark T-shirts requires special "dark T-shirt transfer paper".

2. Can all T-shirts available on the market be transferable?

Answer: If you use transfer paper, any T-shirt can be printed. But if it is made with thermal transfer ink, there are certain restrictions on the fabric and color. It must be light-colored, and preferably semi-cotton.

3. Do I need to use a coating for transfer on T-shirts?

Answer: There is no need to coat the image on the T-shirt by using the thermal transfer method. You only need to transfer the printed image onto the T-shirt with a flatbed machine. This method is more suitable for light-colored fabrics or white T-shirts. The printed patterns will be clearer. If the dark T-shirts are not effective, the printed pictures will be unclear.

Answer: The color of the image transferred to the T-shirt is very light. There are several reasons:

A. The quality problem of the transfer ink is the fundamental problem. You can find out if you try another kind of ink.

B. The relationship between the temperature, time and pressure of the transfer is a question of operating skills. If the time is too short, the temperature is not enough, the pressure is too small, and the ink transfer is insufficient, it is also the main reason for the light color.

The choice of

C. and T-shirt fabrics, the color will be lighter if it is transferred on a pure cotton fabric. This is determined by the degree of absorption of the ink to the fabric. If the color is transferred on a chemical fiber fabric, the color will be very bright.

D. In addition, it has a certain relationship with paper.

6.How about the light fastness and washing condition of the transferred clothes?

Answer "The color will not fade under the sun, and it will not fade if you wash it with water, unless the water is too acidic and you should not soak it for too long.

The difference between the transfer paper and the transfer ink printed on the clothes is the clarity of the transferred image. The transfer paper is indeed a little clearer than the ink. The others are the same, it is resistant to ultraviolet rays and water rubbing.
