There are three concepts on the flat heat press machine, namely pressure, temperature, and time.
Working mechanism: By using a heating plate to generate heat, a certain pressure, specific temperature, and time are used to apply the layer and thermosetting of the transfer paper onto the substrate or penetrate it onto the substrate.

This model is designed as a high-end professional machine, using a dual channel, solid die-casting aluminum heating plate. It has a heavy-duty drawer guide rail that can be used to print the front and back of clothes, and has an automatic pop-up function. The entire machine uses a 3mm thick sheet metal frame, with some parts reaching a thickness of 4mm. The lower part is pressed with a mold spring, with even pressure and heating.
The dual heating tube design provides more uniform heating, with a temperature difference of only about 5 degrees between the center and edge temperatures, resulting in good transfer efficiency.
